Default stuborn bolts

what do is the best way to free bolts that are rusted in or otherwise wont come loose

soak down with PB Blaster to start.

penetrating oil and tap on em a lil with a hammer, then there is always heat.

spray the bolt with PB blaster and let it sit for like 5 minutes. Then use a little propane torch (you can get one for around 12 dollars from lowes or the local hardware store) and heat it for about 10 to 15 seconds. After you've done this apply a good amount of torque on it - i recommend using additional leverage from a steel pipe or something.

If it's in an area close to brake or fuel lines or you're just not sure, I would try soaking it in penetrating oil, attaching a ratchet to the problem nut/bolt, and hitting it with a couple swift blows from a ball peen hammer.

hope this helps! I just replaced 3 ball joints on my '97 and had to employ the methods above. it all worked out well.
