Strut Plate for Bilstein Struts

Strut Plate for Bilstein Struts
Got a set of Bilstein 4600 series struts for my 2010 F150. Was going to have the dealer install them while my truck was being serviced, but they said that I needed to provide strut plates because the OEM struts had non-removable strut plates. This is new to me, so is this correct, and if so, any recommendations on what I should get?

Ok, here's an update for anyone with a similar issue...took my truck to the local truck accessories shop. They easily removed the OEM struts, swapped the mounting plate to the Bilsteins, and reinstalled. As a bonus, they added a 2" ProComp leveling kit without charging for extra labor, so I ended up getting more parts/work done for roughly the same price Ford was going to charge for the strut swap only. For once the dealership being a pain paid off. From what the truck shop said, the OEM struts have "putty" on the plate to prevent rattling, which makes removal difficult after a while, but not impossible as the dealership stated.
