It is nowhere near the record books, but I have a 110k '98 F-150 sitting by my 2010 F-150 with 4444 miles on it. I refuse to trade in the old truck (worth FAR more than the trade-in value I'd get for it), so it functions as a nice backup ride when a family member needs a pickup for hauling stuff, or a vehicle comfortable enough for a long trip.
Only real notable issue with the '98 is that it needs a heater core, and because it would take a complete dash removal to get to it, why bother, especially in Texas.

my dad has a 1970 F100 with over 360K miles on it, still going strong!

93 f250 around 260.. original motor and trans not original axels ..(but still have my stock ones there perfect shape they have 220k)
02 f150 145k all original only been back to the dealer like 1 time
08 f150 57k .... umm motor and trans is original... replaced all accessories every part on ac a few times and rear end was rebuilt a few months ago
