Kinda concerned

I've never had a truck before. It feels like something may be wrong with my power steering. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be stiffer compared to what I'm used to driving because of the size difference.

But it seems like the steering wheel doesn't always naturally come back to center and it needs some encouragement. I've read A lot of Internet stories of what it could be. Figured I come on here and get a little bit more accurate information

It depends on the truck. We could help more if we knew year/options/powertrain/mods.

If you're not used to driving a truck, the steering can feel stiffer.

If the front end is properly aligned, all parts are good, chances are it's either fine and you're not used to it, or the intermediate shaft may need lubrication and eventual replacement.
