Default Squeaky driver seat

I know that this might be some what of a petty complaint, but just wondered what you guys think...or would do.

The back of my driver's seat squeaks like a set of bed springs when I lean back against the seat. It isn't a problem really...I suppose....but it is kind of annoying, and embarrassing to have a new truck with a squeaky seat back. It is a 6 way power seat...so the back is not powered, just the seat part.

I hate the thought of having the seat torn apart to fix it...but I also hate to have a squeaky seat in a brand new (6 months old) truck.

I'd say it's time to have your dealership inspect, Green_Bean. How many miles are on it? I'll see what I can do to help from my neck of the woods.

Crystal, thanks for the reply. Sorry to be so long getting back to you...haven't been on for a little while.

The truck has around 3300 miles...purchased back in Feb of this year.

No problem, Green_Bean; glad to see that you're back! I'll be happy to escalate this up to your regional customer service manager (CSM) so they can help. To make that happen, just send me a PM with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and preferred servicing dealership. I'll move this up the line.

Crystal
