Default AC help

I know this is a f150 forum but as anyone run in to this issue

I just put a AC compressor on my daughters car 02 focus ZX5, I vacuumed and leak tested system, did not replace evaporator, I recharged to 1.6 pounds or 26 ounces my machine uses pounds, I equalized hoses and disconnected, when pump kicks on it almost stalls the car so I checked pressure on the high and low sides both are 150 pounds, that's not right the low side shouldn't be that high could it be the Orifice Tube or a defective pump?
