I'd do it. In fact, I did in January.
The vast majority of EB's have no issues and that's a fact. If you know a Ford dealer you could have them run an OASIS report and see what service history was to see if you may have one that had issues.
At that mileage, a set of 6 plugs is a good thing as the early 2011's loved to wear them out in about 30-40k. Takes about 1/2 hour to do and you may even pick up a MPG or so. Also may be a good idea to get it to Ford and have them upgrade the programming in the PCM at some point as there have been a few changes over the years for them.
Other than that, it's a fine truck/engine combo.
