And also the 2 small rubber lines that attach to the EGR tube need to go in the same spot when you put it back together.
Might as well change the TStat and TStat ORing too while your at it cause coolant needs to be drained aways.

No. That is fine. In fact, ALL lines are fine. RNlcomp, Which set do I need?
This on is just the lower I think

Well, I had a smoke test done and they said the evap vent solenoid is leakng. They showed me that it is a big canister type unit mounted on top of a steel brace by the spare tire. So, I tried finding one of those online and I can't. Any ideas? Maybe it's called something else?

Canister purge solenoid.

Without putting my hands and scan tool on it I have already told you what the most likely cause is. I went back in my books to the pinpoint tests for your codes and it does not mention that part as being a possible cause.

Ok. I don't think its the problem either, but the part is supposedly bad according to the smoke test. But a few things baffle me. One is, I know there's a code that gets thrown when this canister sonlenoid leaks (p0445?), and it wasn't getting thrown. Only 171 & 174 for lean. The other thing is that when they did the smoke test, the only leak they found was at this canister solenoid. You would think that another leak at the intake would have shown up. But anyway, I'm going to replace this solenoid and see what happens. If that doesn't fix it, Should I assume I need an intake gasket even if the smoke test didn't show a leak? Is it possible to have an intake gasket leak and not show up in a smoke test? Is it possible to have an oxygen sensor that is overly sensitive? If it sounds like I'm avoiding an intake gasket, well, I am kinda. I just want to make sure it's not something stupid simple. I hate to spend a day putting a gasket on and then find out it didn't need it.
