Fender flares will cure what ails you.

They would look goofy with my current setup. The tires are just a hair past flush with the fenders right now. I'd have to get some new wheels or spacers to push the tires out more to look right with flares. No thanks, I'd rather keep the steps.

I'd like to get some Raptor steps for better coverage (and they look good), but those are hard to find and expensive.

Like the look of em off, but with 2 little ones, gotta keep em. Might save my pennies for some AMP research retractables....

ill be the outcast. IMO looks better on your truck with them on. Really ties into the black tires and rims nicely. Some trucks look better with them on, some with them off. Mine will be staying on as I have two small kids and a wife who won't appreciate having to jump in. Although she jumps into my jacked up jeep fine, but thats more of a swing in!

I took the factory nerf bars off after two weeks of trying to figure out how to use them. They just didn't work for me and I like the looks better without them. I admit that if I had young or elderly ones I would leave them on.

My brother has one on the passenger side and none on the driver side. His truck came with none and his wife couldn't get in so I gave him mine, less the two brackets I used for steps. Anyone have brackets they'd be willing to part with?

I prefer the look with them on personally.

They serve a purpose for my little one's and my wife also.

If I had the money definitely the amp steps will allow you to have the best of both worlds not seeing them and using them when you need to but I have my runningboards they look great I need them for the wife and kids but I do have to admit without not having them it looks good too !
