DeeZee is a supplier of running boards to FoMoCo.
Best bet would be to search DeeZee's web site (www.deezee.com) for the particular (or near particular) running boards that you purchased and down-load their installation instructions (PDF).
*You will need to search for the running board(s) to get a part # and then search for the installation instructions for that particular part #.
