I hear a recall in the making.

I hope that Ford makes this right for everyone.

I had the exact same problem with my 2010. It was the roof seel. I took it to my dealer and they had a leak specialist fix the issue. It looks like he loosened the seal and put some sort of clear epoxy in it to stop the leak. It has been about 5 months or so and knock on wood I have had no issues since the repair.

I know it was a problem with the 04's when they came out. But I just recently had my 04 leak, the water actually traveled up to the front interior lights and started dripping out of there when I accelerated or braked. Huge pain and mess.

I had the same problem on my 07. I took it in and they swapped out the light and gasket right there. They knew exactly what the problem was

I have a 2010 Super Crew XLT, had similar troubles. Wet carpet padding, mostly on the passenger side, standing water in the door channels, and water stains on back corners of the headliner. My truck spent almost 2 weeks at the dealer trying to find a leak. Sirius antenna, 3rd brake light, and rear sliding window were all without leaks. Finally, they found it was a couple of rivets in the rear corners of the cab that were leaking. So they sent the truck to the body shop to drill out and replace/reseal the rivets, and I got it back the other day. I'll have to wait and see if it was effective or not, nothing so far

bringing back an old *** post!

But today I experienced a dripping from the "grab handle" on the passenger side. It rained all day, and when I got into my truck after work, the ceiling was water damaged and it was dripping from this handle.

I took it apart later on this evening and dumped buckets of water all over the roof and tried to see if i could feel water coming in, but no luck?

Water has a funny way of traveling from wherever and its hard to find, has anyone else experienced a leak from the same location? I thought maybe it was the Sirius Antenna, maybe it has to be colder out before it leaks again, so the rubber shrinks up abit or something?

Had the samething happen to me today. Took the truck through the car wash and water was dripping from the passenger's grab handle. Went right to the dealer and they said it was the satilite seal on the roof. He said its a half hour fix and said they had alot of these repairs.

I noticed my 3rd brake light full of water back in Sept. so I spread a dozen towels around the rear area and after a rain, they were soaked.

Took it in for the 3rd brake light leak and told them I had also observed water dripping from the grab handle (not) , so they repaired that also.

Replaced the headliner, too.

I had the same problem with my 04 lariat. put some clear silicone around the 3rd brake light and that stopped the problem right in its tracks. Took a can of stain remover and cleaned the headliner where the water stained it and it looks good as new.
