sorry you got took. its very frustrating when you try to do business and someone is knowingly dishonest. But when it comes to Internet buying, it is the cardinal rule..Buyer Beware. If I had a dollar for every person who posted being scammed out of money I could retire a multi-millionaire.

Yikes! I agree it sucks, but you should have filed a claim sooner. I always try to pay with Paypal when I buy online, because I know they will back me up, as they have before with something I bought on eBay that never came, they refunded me since they couldn't get the seller to ship it. Paypal protects you for up to $2,000. Also if I'm buying from a new site, I always Google reviews on them first. I try to stick to AutoAnything, 4wheelparts, and Amazon for anything i buy. All great places.

In my experience Paypal has gotten a LOT better in the last couple of years. It used to be the 'seller' would 'withdrawl' the money and PP would simply say 'sorry...nothing we can do'.
Now they spend the time and energy going after these deadbeats.
You DO have to help them out however, and file you dispute within a reasonable amount of time.
You just need to LEARN from this experience and chalk it up to an expensive lesson.
The up-side to it is NOW you know, and while $300 is BY FAR not an insignificant amount of money, others have lost ten-times that learning the same lesson.

Damn man Im sorry, that truly sucks. I too work very hard for my money and somebody stealing over 50 bucks from me would infuriate me to no end.

I am very cautious about which sites ill order stuff from. Ive only ordered from Ebay(top rated sellers), Summit Racing, and Troyer performance so far. Have visited a couple shady ones, if I find a part I like on a website ive never heard of I search for that part on sites Ive bought from before.

There should be a sticky thread on here with these website scam artists.

I understand your purpose in posting what happened to you is to hopefully help somebody else. Without your post, it might be possible for someone who is trying to do research before ordering to come up with no negative reviews and think it is safe to order from this company.
Thanks for your effort and better luck in the future.
