Default replacing dipstick tube

so the end in the block seems to be frozen in, even vice grips wont help. I sprayed some pb blaster on but i'm wondering if anyone else has ideas. thanks!

There is a screw holding it in.

right by the block? I know there's one further up the dipstick as well

Ya. There is one right by the exhaust manifold.

yeah i took that one out already, it's still frozen in there. letting the pb blaster soak overnight, hopefully that does the trick
