Not knowing for sure if you're serious I'll just assume you are. You may already know this but if you don't, those are put on by ford at the factory to protect it during shipment and some dealers leave them on to protect them while they're on their lot. They should have been removed before it was delivered to you. As you already know they are big and ugly and were not intended to be used as your door protector after you bought it. Google F150 door protectors and you'll find what you're looking for.
