Removing the Propane Tank from a 2000 F150?
I've got a 2000 5.4L F150 Bi-Fuel pickup and I want to remove the propane tank that's in the bed of the truck. I bought the truck from an auction and was told the propane tank was disabled so after further investigation I found the propane filler tube (next to gas filler tube) was already removed but all the wiring and stainless steel lines at the tank and under the hood are still hooked up. The tank takes up a lot of room which I could really use so I'm wondering if I can just unhook everything and remove safely or will that make my truck undrivable?

That's a compressed natural gas system not propane and yes just remove the tank, that system is completely separate from the regular gasoline system.
