One question: How do I remove the rear door panel in order to replace speakers?

search for this on youtube, there are some great videos. run by harbor freight and get some cheap plastic body panels tools first.

First if you have an extended cab you need to unscrew your window latch the the upper half of the door has clips that snap into place pry until it comes off. remove screws if there are some on the bottom half. I think 2-4. Then slide the panel up. Don't pry I almost broke mine. I haven't tried the front yet so no advice there.

What year or truck and what type of cab? If a 2011 SCrew there are 4 screws. One behind the cover plate under the door release lever. And one under the cap in the bottom of the door hand hold. Use a small bladed screwdriver to pop off the covers. Then 2 screws at the bottom. The panel lifts off.

The front doors on an 04-08 are easy-just pop the grill off in front of the speaker
