I just love the Ruby Red Metallic! 
I've been lusting over that color for many years, and I've finally done something about it. Here's my '13 FX4 the day I brought it home last month: (Still has the dealer plates on it...)
It's still basically bone stock, but that will change over time. So far, the only mods have been to make it towable behind the motorhome:

I've got a ton of initial mods in the barn waiting for me to have time to put them on: power tailgate lock, DeeZee tailgate assist, BedRug, tonneau cover, wheel liners, mudflaps. Wheels and tires will be coming eventually. And I just read about the Door Detent 3.0 - got to get that asap! And I'm getting lots more ideas around here, talk about an expensive forum!

2005 FX4 when I bought it a month or so ago. Excuse the crappy cell phone pics.
Decided I wasn't really a fan of any of the chrome so I blacked out all the badges and tinted the Ford emblems. Then wanted to see how it'd look with black wheels.
So that's how she sits now. I'm thinking of maybe bumping up the size of the tires when I need new ones, but I kind of like this look.

It now has the amp powersteps (love 'em) and color-matched factory flares. Firestone Destinations A/T 3 days after purchase, tint and line-x 1 week after, level kit 2 weeks after. Much better.
