Default Rear leaf springs

Right now my truck sits 1/4" lower in the rear than the front. Looking at the front cv axles I would guess the torsion bars have not been adjusted. Will helper springs raise the rear of my truck at all or should I go with an add a leaf? All I'm trying to do is get the truck back to level or have a small amount of rake.

Also don't want to lower the front any more than it already is.

Yes. *Either will accomplish what you're looking for.
.

While not totally necessary in this instance - future posting consideration ..... Put your vehicle information (year, cab type, trim, engine, wheelbase, _x4 drive, etc.) in your sig' -OR- provide it in your posting(s).
