Default Raised Gas Tank Question / Clutch Question

One of my F-150s is bagged and i have it so it doesnt quite lay out in the rear due to the gas tank being so low. My bed floor is stock with the middle gone for the notch. Since its a show truck and i dont feel like messin with the bed to much and worry about the paint, im removing the bed this week to see if i can notch the gas tank membersto raise it up a little so i can get my back end to lay flat without worrying about the gas tank dragging or holding the truck up when its layed out. I dont drag it anyway but some driveways get a little steep. Any help on that one would be great!

My next question is for my clutch cylinder. Im running 22's with 265/35's and my stock cylinder barely rests on the tire when its layed out. I have a ranger cylinder cause ive hear that it works and was also thinking about raising my upper control arms to take away some camber to help try to make some room by the firewall and so i can put fenders back in.
