Radio Swap
I have a 2013 s-crew xlt with the 4.2 inch lcd screen stereo with SYNC, camera in the rear view mirror.
Does anybody know if it possible to swap the stereo out for a myford touch stereo?

If you know what you're doing, anything is possible. You may have to do some cutting, or filling (pending which radio is bigger) to make the new fit.
Power wires, and speaker wires will be as they are, the only thing is if you have to run new for more accessories, or leave others rendered and hanging if the new one does not employ those features.
