Most will come with the center caps cut out.

the hubs dont come off with the rim. just when you order rims get 2 center caps with closed ends for the back and two with open ends for the front. trust me itll work out

the center cap will come as a separate piece. so you can remove it to work on the hub pulling it off or on. then the hole cut out after you put the center cap back on so you're able to lock and unlock the hubs.

Here is a pretty good example of how the wheels go on. Although this one is missing the center cap.

Hope this helps.

Same procedure and set up I had on my 95 F150. I had ultra chrome wheels and manual hub center caps. I think there is still a pic of my old truck on here with a shot of the wheels and hubs.

Here is a shot of my old 95 Truck with Warn Premium Locking Hubs. the conversion is really simple harder and more parts come off than go back on and never fail like the *****ty automatics

Click on my profile there in my pictures. I sold it a couple months ago to help pay for my new truck. I hated to let it go but love my new rig.
