Their was a post the other day about top-tier gas and recommended stations to purchase from...I believe it was on the 09-14 board. I've really not noticed any difference from fuel from one station to another claiming blah, blah, blah about their additives. I add a bottle of Techron or Sea Foam every so often to the fuel tank just for piece of mind, don't really know if it works or not..can't tell much difference in mpg's and the engine runs just the same...damn fine! I will say I do notice a difference running higher octane every once in a while compared to 87. Truck "feels" more responsive at least.

Top tier gas. I did some investigating after having an injector go bad on my 03 GMC. Crummy fuel, bad mechanic.......new Ford truck.

Chevron preferred. My truck runs noticeably better with plus their refinery is in our county. Gotta help keep the dollars at home

Don't really have a preferred brand, I do, however, stay away from Quick Fill/Red Apple after a 20% drop in mileage over three tanks of gas.

Default Preferred fuel station?

If I run e-85 sheetz, otherwise I run what ever top tier gas I can find nearby whether it be shell, bp, Exxon, valero, etc. I do watch out for the real old fuel stations because I wonder what kind of shape the tanks are in and how long they've been in the ground. A family member of mine had gas from a local shell get in their groundwater. The the station continued to sell the fuel years after they found their tanks were bad.

None of it is cheap...ha.......I run the least expensive 87 octane with ethanol that I can find in the area. Truck runs great...it's happy....I'm happy....
Got a Harley and non ethanol when I can find it and also premium. It runs great on the ethanol stuff tho....

my local one-location gas station, which sells Western Petroleum gas. I really don't like going anywhere else, but often there's not much choice, due to being away from home too much at present time. in which case, I reluctantly go wherever's handiest, or maybe the cheapest if I've had the chance to note that factor. due to who's getting my money in most of those cases, I don't have any favorites to pick, and I can't say it seems to make much difference to the truck either.

When did Valero become a "top tier" gasoline provider?

My car runs like crap on that gas . . . So does it as well with Murphy Oil's gas at Wal-Mart.

No way I'm putting that junk in my truck!
