How are you guys doing? I am new to this forum and most likely purchasing my first F 150 this Thursday. The following is a link to the window sticker for the truck I will most likely purchase. I just wanted to know what you guys think and if its worth adding or removing any options. Not that I have much of a choice considering I am purchasing a 2012

Thank you all and I hope this is the right place for this. Also, I would prefer bucket seats over bench but this particular model is a bench. Does anyone have an opinion on one or the other?

Nice! Welcome to the site. I like the package your getting. I agree bucket seats are better than bench seats. But hey it's a ford you can't go wrong. Welcome to ford country!!!!

Take your time and get the exact truck you want. Your going to be in it a long time and there is no reason to compromise. If you have to, order one new from the factory with your specifications or have the dealer find what you want and bring it in from out of the area.

I agree with both of you. This truck has everything I want in a truck that's within my budget. I guess I am mainly curious to whether bucket seats are worth the extra cost or not?

Welcome, as far as buckets go a lot of guys prefer them as I do but it all depends on personal preference, some guys like a bench so their girl can get close or other reasons. I agree with the guy who said if need be wait and get what you want if you plan on keeping it for a long time. Good luck.
