i'd say hell yeah. see if they have an adjustable powerband and exhaust bearings while your buyin it. thatll boost your power WAY up.

Hell just check the feedback and it'll tell you that. $4 for something that he's going to spend $.10 on and stick in an envelope and mail for less than $1, sounds like the guy's got a pretty good racket going on there.
