I work at a dealership in Houston, Tx. I have a question that even my service guys can not answer. I bought a 2015 F-150 Platinum and something weird caught my eye. It has heated and cooled seats, but there is not a button to click on the Mytouch screen for the heated and cooled seats for the driver or passenger. The only thing on that screen in the climate area is the heated steering wheel button. Anyone know what has to be done to get the heated and cooled seats to appear in that section under climate?

I have a 2015 Platinum in stock with it on the screen. I had one of my service techs send in a request to Ford on a solution. I wonder if they will release an update that fixes it.

   Touch the cooled|heated seat symbol to cycle through the various cooling|heating settings and off.

There is no software interface to control the heated/cooled seats. They are controlled via physical buttons only.

I wish there was a UI on the touch screen for them, so I could control the rear seats.

Mine 15 has it on the touch screen, not sure why yours does not?

they also changed massaging info, only when you press the button does it show up, you can't access it from the screen initially.

It used to be on the screen on the earlier builds. It was removed from the touch screen and is now accessible by physical buttons only. There is no way for you to get that feature back of having them on the touch screen.

Actually it was brought to my attention that a member on here, JM061, can program the APIM to bring back the buttons for the climate controlled seats. So you may want to contact him if you really want those buttons back on the MFT screen.
