Default Newbie with question

Hello from Florida!

I recently sold my 1997 F-150 XLT and upgraded to a new 2008 XLT 4.6L SuperCrew. I am in love with this truck!

Quick question (I have a call into the service department).

1) Anyone experiencing a slight clunking sound in the left front section of their truck? I just hit 1,000 miles and it seems to be getting worse. It only does it when I hit small bumps...like going over a manhole cover. It doesn't do it for speed bumps or a rough surface.......just something that is a quick jolt to the front end.

Nice truck. I get a thump from the front if I come in our back driveway too fast. I don't see anything wrong and have come to the conclusion that its spring bind. I don't know if that is whats happening, but I dont see any problems.
