I also notice that from 04 to current that from 18's to 22's they run a fender flare.. seems crazy for me to spend a lot of money on factory wheels and tires to only have to go buy flares to run them..

sorry I might have explained offset poorly... a 44mm offset rim only means that the part of the wheel that touches the hub is 44mm off from being the center of width of the rim. it does not "stays the same from the back of the rim to hub" it changes with rim size relatively... for example a 9 inch rim with 0 offset will have 4.5" of back spacing where an 8" rim with 0 offset will have 4" of back spacing.
