Default Great weekend for fishing!

Took the F150 for just under a 3 hour drive from the house into southern Colorado for a long weekend fishing trip with the family. Thought I'd share some pics (with mandatory truck shots...lol).

Thanks...yes, it was a great weekend. I wasn't able to pull in any trout (even lost a lure to a good sized one) but some of the others actually did fairly well. Also doesn't hurt that my brother-in-law is a professional fishing/hunting guide, although apparently I am a poor study...lol.

That almost looks fake its so perfect. We just don't have places like that around here. At least not that I've found.

Along the Conejos River in southern Colorado, about 30 miles north of Chama, New Mexico and about 60 miles or so northwest of Taos, NM.

lol...yeah, it's what I love about where I live. Lot's of places like that in northern NM and southern CO, all within a 1/2-3 hours drive at most.
