Default New brakes and rotors but grinds

Put new brakes and rotors on my 2005 f150 and it's been cold outside and it just started grinding. I checked my brakes and my rotors and they are still brand new. Could I have a bad caliper or what else could be the problem?

Pull of the tire on the effected side, try to spin the rotor to determine what is grinding. Is the hardware contacting the rotor? Is the caliper not floating due to a frozen piston or because the slides are corroded/not lubricated? You have to remove the tire and spin the effected side to determine what the noise is caused from, then remedy the issue.
