No the 35 will rub on the knuckle. The 35 are a wider tire u can run a 34 all day long with only the leveling kit. I had the rough country install on mine. I just installed 6" suspension kit and now can run the 35 with out any rubbing.

Yes with a small offset on ur wheels. Do not get the positive offset or they will rub for sure. I have the smallest offset on my truck and I clear 35 without any rubbing.
