Default need help fast!!!

I am helping a family get a running vehicle for their 16 yo for a Christmas present. It is a 1984 F-150 with a straight 6 and 4 speed.

When the truck got to me it was torn apart. Trans out and everything that follows.

I have put the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing back on. Mounted trans and hooked everything up.

I had to replace the slave cylinder and master cyli der but can not get the clutch to disengage. I've properly bled the lines with no air in either. The slave doesn't push the clutch in fully.

Next problem is when the truck is in neutral and try to start it is in gear. Possibly because I have been unable to free the clutch from the flywheel after installation?

Any advice on how to get the slave do to its job would be greatly appreciated.
