Default Need help

I have a 94 F150 5.0 4x4. There is a strange noise that sounds like a baseball card in a bicycle wheel. It only happens at 35 mph and higher. So I replace the back u joint, changed the rear end grease, replaced the automatic locking hubs with manual hub, and replaced the transfer case. Last year the front end was redone. Ball joints tie rods and all new bearings in the hubs. If you put the truck on a lift there is no noise. This is while in gear and in 4x4. The noise only happens when it is on the ground and at 35 mph and higher. I don't know what else to do at this point. I am $1200 into this and it isn't any better. Open to any options.

Coming from the front or rear? Have you checked the rear park brake shoes?

You hear it better with the windows up. It is loud in the cab so I'm thinking it's in the front. And yes have checked the rear park brake. The truck drives and rides fine just that awful noise once you hit 35

Had something similar happen with a customers car, turned out the rubber trim around the windshield along the top edge had torn a few inches and was vibrating on the roof edge. Made all kind of racket.

Get some duct tape and walk around the vehicle putting it on all the external trim pieces as well as around the windshield and go for a drive.

I have removed any trim pieces that I thought would make any noise even the grill. I started zip tying anything else that I thought might move, still no luck.
It sounds more from under the truck like a heat shield vibrating, but I don't have any heat shields under the truck. I'm at a loss
