Just ordered a set of ionic 3" stainless nerf bars that have already shipped. I noticed, after the fact that they are rated for 300 lbs. I am a big guy, around 270. Does anyone have these and do you think they will be sturdy enough for me?

I think that there is only 4 bolts that you use. I don't use mine really.

The Ionic brand of nerf bars is our very own brand of nerf bars. Although the rating says 300lbs, that is a very conservative number and you should have no issues at 270lbs. Thanks for getting back to me. I just noticed your comments. The bars seem very sturdy and look great on my truck. They are as advertised and I was impressed how easy the instalation was. My kids are loving the fact that they don't have to jump in and out of the truck. Very Nice, thank you!
