Default Mods I've made already

I've only had my truck for 3 1/2 weeks and I'm already doing mods!

I have added a set of components, replaced the HU, added a sub box/MTX Jacker Hammer 10", 20" wheels and tires, OEM painted to match running boards and a Kicker 5-channel amp.

The components are PowerBass and they only cost me $65. I also picked up a set of 6x8 PowerBass replacements but haven't installed them yet. The HU is a Jensen VM9022. I already this from my Mustang. I used to have a D3 and I like the Jensen much better. I bought the 20s for $700 off of Craigslist and they are in excellent condition. I also picked up a set of OEM running boards for $150. In addition to all that I snagged a set of OEM fender flares for FREE. Here are a few pics and there are more in my gallery:

I wish I knew. I forgot to ask the guy I bought them from. I figured out by the center cap logo that they are made by Platinum. Platinum is an Ultra Wheel brand. I haven't been able to figure out the model yet.

Thanks guys. I plan on tinting the front windows and putting the flares on once they're painted. I'm thinking of leveling it off but I can't decide whether to level from the front or the back. I would also like to get some projector headlights (I know some people aren't fond of them but...) but I just can't decide whether to stick with chrome or go with black. I don't have any intentions of changing the chrome bumpers so I may just get chrome projectors. I would like some true LED taillights but the only ones I found are mostly chrome and I'm not so sure they would look good. I really just want some red taillights with LEDs instead regular bulbs. I suppose I could get the chrome/clear ones and paint the lenses red with Testors translucent paint. The reason I like LED taillights is because they light up faster and brighter.

I'm very impressed with the components. I have always bought MB Quart Premiums but I just didn't want to spend that much. These PowerBass are unbelievably good for the price.

These are the LEDs I found:

Looks good!

I've swapped out all my exterior bulbs for leds...including reds & ambers. I love the result. And finding and installing the new flasher relay was easy too.
