Thumbs up Mesh and duck tape in the grill... works! and free mod.

i just had some mesh roll and wanted to have it protecting the radiator fins. well, some duck tape, and is now in place... there is space enough in all sides to cover it with duck tape fully, so, i dont expect any problems in the highway. will report back after some trips.

how to? cut to size, clean the area where you be applying the duck tape with alcohol and apply duck tape all over the sides.

Nice. I bought the BDS bug screen but yours seems like it would work just as well if not better.

hate to poke holes in your logic but won't you still have to clean the mesh? I'm a Mainer so we don't have tons of bugs like you do

I do wish I had thought of this before our last visit to the great state of Florida. I understand that next year your license plates will say "The Love Bug State."
