I just took my 2012 F150 FX4 to Auto Zone to find out why my check engine light came on last night. He said the reading came back as Camshaft Positioning Sensor. I have 82,000 miles on my truck and work in the oil and gas industry, so needless to say; I have no expendable income and want to know how bad this is or is it "bad oil and oil pressure" as I have read or does it mean a "new engine" as I have also read.......PLEASE HELP! Which is it?
