Default Rear passenger door molding

Hello, maybe I'm just nitpicking here since this is new to me but there are 2 pieces of the rear passenger door molding that are just bugging me. They just don't seem to be sitting right. The end of the window molding is not sitting flush with the door, just wondering if I could somehow fix this so it sits tighter like the other side of the truck. The other molding is a larger vertical panel that seems to be sitting lower than the passenger door panel. At the bottom of this panel is the vertical window molding that's sticking out a bit at the end {mentioned above} so maybe they are both connected somehow. Is there a way to fix this or am I being too fussy??

Here is the larger panel piece

Yea, I know. O.C.D.
That would bug me too.
Maybe a Body Shop could adjust it some how?

I would guess you could put something against it and knock it back up with a rubber mallet.

Trying to figure out how I could see the backside of both pieces, this way I know how they're mounted and could then figure out if they can be set correctly. OCD- yes! I make myself crazy with this petty stuff but if there's a chance any water could seep in the way there are now, i'd like to fix it if i can
