Man Step!
I have been looking for technical information on the tailgate step without success. Being 6'2" and 265 lbs. I want to know if the step has any max. weight limitations, and if continued use over yrs. will impact the integrity of the tailgate. ( I don't want a bent tailgate) Also, are they a rattler? And lastly will the box seal up tight with this option and a tonneau top on it?
I'm ready to order my truck, but the tailgate step option is still up in the air!

Have you seen the ad from GMC where the spokesmen is making disparaging comments about the step gate, like it was somehow unmannely, tell that to an X football player with bad very painful knees that needs the help of these steps to get into the back of his truck. I wonder if I could retro fit my F150 with such a tail gate.
