Default looking at new tires

ok i have a 1989 ford f150 4x4. i looking at the goodyear wrangler duratracs and the goodyear wrangler authoritys. i need an aggressive all terrain tire. i would like to know some stuff about these tires or if anyone has used these tire and what they think of them. also the size im putting on is 31x10.50/15

The duratracs are used by a lot of guys on the forum here. They all seem to like them, and the price isn't terrible either.

I can't say much on the authority's though.

im about to buy a pair of duratracs for my 150. I Love the way they look and from what ive seen theyve been doing pretty good in reviews. And they are pretty good in snow which means i can rely on them when im going snowmobiling.
Never even heard of the authoritys lol. The Kevlar's look wicked though. A bit more expensive but they are great offroading tires.

I bought the Goodyear authority's and have put them through hell and back. Went muddin with some friends and never got stuck. One of my friends got stuck and he had M/T's on his truck and I pulled him out.

Duratracs are probably the best off roading tire you can find, but they are exspensive. They also last quite a while. The duratracs have never failed me.

Duratracs are really great for off roading, though a bit noisy on the highway.

+1 on the AT3's Just got a set of them about a onth and a half ago. Good ride, quiet, and you feel like you have a tire under you !!!!!
