hey guys, occasionally my temp gauge goes slightlty above half and my electric fan kicks on and quickly brings the temp down to half, happens about once every week or two, a/c off, outside temp around 60, normal driving...is this normal? and is the electric fan supposed to be really loud? my first ford truck so excuse me if im asking a newb question

2015 xlt, 3k miles, 4x4,v8 engine
