Lift kits vs. Leveling kits
How much can i lift my '03 F150 before i have to start messing with the steering column and all that. i don't want a huge lift, maybe 4" at most. would a leveling kit be a better idea? or what size tire/lift kit would give it that "mean" look?

Can't speak to anything more than a leveling kit; however, I have a 2" Pro Comp leveling kit on my '05 SCREW. I'm running 305X65R17 (33X12.5R17) BFG All Terrain A/T-KO's on 17" Pro Comp 8023's, and the guy at 4wheeparts stated the leveling kit would've allowed me to run 35" tires. I've changed the look, while keeping the factory ride, all with little expense. Granted, I'm not doing any rock crawling, but it gets me anywhere I want to hunt/fish. Just my thoughts.
