2016 Lariat - chrome package, two-tone Gem Green and Caribou.

I just bought it to replace a green 2000 Dodge Dakota I'd had since new. What can I say? I like having a green pickup truck.

Very nice! Planning on black wheels to go with the rest of the trim? That'd look sweet.

I set out looking for all-green instead of two-tone, but that was tough to find in a Lariat. Fortunately, the two-tone has quickly grown on me and it feels like a good fit with the camel interior.

I can't believe they dropped green completely from the 2017 color options. It's a great truck color.

Yep! Leaning toward 17" Method NV's with 33" all terrains of some sort. I like the less wheel more tire look.

Agreed, love the green

The dark green/tan or different shades of either have been around for quite awhile. I as well have the dark green/sandstone or shade of tan and bought it new back in 06. Evidently a big seller color combo?

Used to be, but not anymore I reckon. GM discontinued green with their trucks, too. It's all cyclical, so one day colorful cars will be back. But in the meantime I'm astonished by how many people go for white/silver/grey/black.

Headed out for a Sunday drive with my wife and her folks.

Nice truck. The toolbox and the chrome package look great together!
