Default Let's See Ruby Red Picks

Looking to buy my first F150 (long time GM owner) tired of the Silverado 1500, just seem to boring same old truck year to year. Now the 2014 looks like they took some of Fords ideas...

Been looking around at my local dealer and the colors I have narrowed down are in order - Ruby Red, Sterling Grey, Blue Flame..

Ruby Red XLT with chrome package is leading the pack...

Anyone regret buying the Red over another color? The ruby red just seems so appealing it changes color in the sun to shade, there is so much depth in the paint...

I have an '11 with candy red. Has anyone seen the new ruby red side-by-side with candy red? They look very close.

And I have absolutely no regret of having the red --- the dark red is sweet!

Default Ruby Red

I went with the Ruby Red and I don't regret it at all. Here's the Ruby Red and my old Red Candy.

I really wanted a blue or gray truck. This truck had all the options I wanted and my wife really liked the color.

It has grown on me and I did notice it looks really nice in the sun. That was a bonus since I bought it at night. No regrets here. I love this truck!

Are you thinking Ecoboost or 5.0? You really can't go wrong either way.

The same happened to me. I really wanted the dark silver or black truck with the 6.5' box but the dealership couldn't find those two colors. So they offered me the Candy Red F150 for the same price as the the models without the Navigation and they threw in the cost for the paint as well, I think it was a few hundred dollar upgrade for the candy red. They also threw in a few other options as well.

The Candy Red was my third choice and I love it. When its nice and clean it looks AWESOME!! Everyone has the black, blue or dark silver colored trucks. Candy Red is such a nice color. I will try to get some pictures of mine up too.

Here is my 2012 xlt! I love the truck and is the reason I was sold on it. It's the winter months now and salt all over Utah roads definitely shows on the truck but I have a carwash pass so this thing shines at all hours of the day. Looks good.
