Platinum R.R.
I would order a 2017.
They are only going up in price like everything else.
My 2015 Platinum with U.S.A.A. insurance went down from my 2014 Lariat I traded in.
or,
Get a 2016 when the 2017 come out.

I would stick with the 2012 that you love and maybe spruce her up a little. Go up 2 sizes on the tire profile and maybe some new rims, maybe a nice little 2 inch lift at the front and a 2 inch lift at the back using a RAS, maybe a nice little bull bar or push bar at the front, how about a nice controller to spruce up the engine a little, maybe a little CAT back for little custom sound and last but not least how about a full aftermarket honkin' stereo that will make your truck sound like a opera house and will make deaf people stop and listen. How about some freaked out decals like the one on the new Mad Max movie....a skeleton arm pointing forward.
Holy heck buddy, spend a few bucks on your great looking 2012 and you will embarrass any 2016 and for a lot less money not to mention you will be working on a truck that you know is reliable and that you love anyway. Smiles per miles buddy, smiles per miles.

Holy crap.... let me be a little more clear.
I ended up trading in my 2012.
I ordered a 16.
I have already received my new 2016 F150.
I have had it about three weeks now and have already took it racing twice and started modding it putting my own touch on it.
And after 1600 miles I can tell you Im very happy with the new truck. Its a better truck in every way. More power, quieter, rides better, easier to get in and out of,better features and everywhere I go peole seem to love it.

Getting ready in the next few weeks to pull the wheels off and having a buddy powdercoat them smoked chrome. I will sell the Goodyears that came on it and upgrade to either a BFG a/t or Grabber AT2 in one size bigger. She should be perfect then.
