Have a little varnish 2003 4.6L with 174500 miles. I do change the oil every 3500 miles

OK so I put 100 miles on the truck since I added the Kreen to the oil yesterday. I had a little noise from day one the I thought was normal; it is now gone and It also feels like the motor has more power. at 60 mph I was turning 1600 rpm's now it is at 1550 so it must be doing something. I'll keep you updated

check the oil continuosly. i understand the instructions said to use it for 1000 miles before oil change, but if the oil get really dirty, it will be better to replace at that moment.

Day two 190 miles post Kreen, oil still looks good and the dip stick looks like new. truck runs better for sure
