so i bought a small bottle of injector cleaner today but forgot it says add to a empty tank (already got gas)
so can i still add it and get the full effect
sorry for such a stupid qeustion but i dont know for sure if i can

You can use it but you won't get the full effect. Just like any other cleaner if you water it down it doesn't clean as well. Better to wait.

yea thats what i thought but i got to thinkin and figured id try it anyway so im gonna put another bottle through next fill up and see how it does

most say to mix to sertain gallons most treat 20 gal it willstill mix just put it in first the fuel up unless your only adding a ccouple gals to top off the wait

well ive done completely burned that tank out and it helped a little but i might try it again later

I saw an injector cleaner today called STP and it said to add it to a full tank of gas. I read it twice to make sure I read it correctly.

honestly,,, if you want a good injector and fuel system cleaner i would highly suggest either:
lucas
seafoam
redline

I have used all of them and would recommend either of them.
I have also had customers use either of these and said they noticed a difference faster than stp, chevron, gumout etc..
