Hello, As a new member and new 2008 F-150 FX4 owner I am planning on adding a CAI and a performance Muffler (Dual outlets) from the muffler. What kind of HP, Torque and Mileage gains on average would I expect to gain from these mods. These are the only mods I plan on doing from a money point of view.

Varies from truck to truck and from kit to kit. You need to get a tuner too. That will add 35 horses if done right.
