Question idling problem

On my 1994 f150 4wd i replace the idling motor. But for some reason it has trouble idling when i first start it up when it's cold. I have to keep stepping on the gas peddle until the idle motor take over. I replace every sensor on the engine. The only thing that hasn't been replace computer in it. The cap and rotor and spark plugs was replace too. After it comes up to temp it seems to run good in less i sit at a stop light for a few minutes and it seem to idle little to low. I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks for the help i get.

Does it have an electronic throttle or is it cable-controlled?

It has a cable coming from the gas peddle to the throttle. Just the idle is controlled by the computer with the idle control motor witch i replace.

You replaced the motor, what about the valve itself? Sounds dirty.

I had the throttle body off to replace the throttle positioning sensor and i clean all the carbon out and replace all new gasket where needed. I know it's idle at 800 rpms. But i don't have a tachometer in it so i don't know where it's idling at now.
