Just a suggestion but why not go with an aftermarket drop kit or lowering springs like Eibach??

because as i was told on a site that a read up on the lightning only sits 1-1 1/2 lower than the others and right now 3 inchs is way to low for a 17 year old kid who goes down alot of gravel roads still

Why don't you turn the torsion bars down 1" 1/2 and get it re-aligned, 1" 1/2 isn't much drop, theres no sense in spending all that money just for a 1"-1/2.
