How to tell if F150 is lifted?
I just purchased my first F150. It's a 1998 XLT Supercab 4x4. Just by getting in and out it seems a bit higher than others I've gotten into. Then again, most I've climbed in and out of have been two wheel drive. How can I tell if it's lifted? Is there an easy way? Like just measuring from the ground to the bott of the truck? Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Pit looks like it's leveled. If you measured from the ground to the top of the front wheel well and then the rear wheel well I bet they are within an inch of one another.

So... I just measured. Ground to bottom of the door is 19 1/2 inches. Ground to center of wheel well is 36 3/4 inches on back and 36 1/2 inches on front. So is this the standard or is it lifted? Can anyone measure theirs if it's a similar year and model? Thanks guys!

Mine has a leveling kit and over size tires, so my measurements wont help you any. But, by looking at it, it looks like it either has a leveling kit or someone cranked up the torsion bars. They have a little bit of a rake from the factory. More than the 1/4" that yours has.
